Red Clover

Light and fragrant. Red Clover is beneficial for reducing menopausal hot flushes and the symptoms of PMS. Indicated for use in cases of BPH (Benign prostate hyperplasia) and skin problems. Helps to maintain the health of the breasts, blood, arteries and bone density.

Avoid if pregnant or breast feeding, if you are trying to conceive, if there is any history of an oestrogen or testosterone based cancer (E.g. ovarian, cervical, breast, testicular) or if taking blood thinning medication. Do not give to children.
