This fermented South African Red Bush from the Cedar mountains is flavoured with the delicious combination of sweet orange and  warming ginger . A digestive and respiratory tonic. It contains magnesium to aid a healthy nervous system and Vitamin C to boost the immune system. Can ease nervous headaches, anxiety states and mild insomnia. Indicated in cases of hay fever and asthma.
