Nettle

Pleasant and refreshing, nettle is high in minerals and vitamins. It is an immune, respiratory and reproductive system tonic. It is beneficial where there is heavy menstrual bleeding, arthritic pain, lactation problems, hay fever and flu.

Avoid if pregnant or breast feeding, with high blood pressure, gastric problems or diabetes.
